Set on the adults only side of the island, Sun Siyam Romance is a calm, grown up world that feels apart yet stays connected to everything next door. Couples choose between Romantic Water Villas with Pool, raised over a turquoise lagoon, and Romantic Beach Villas with Pool, tucked among the palms with sand at the door. Every villa is built for two, with a round bed, a private pool and an outdoor shower.
Days move easily between the two pools at Romance and six more across Olhuveli, including the longest pool in the Maldives. The vast lagoon is ideal for water sports, while the house reef and surrounding dive sites bring whale sharks, nurse sharks and manta rays into view, and the SSI certified Sun Diving Centre takes guests deeper. Three spas, set over water and inland, turn the pace right down.

Location
From Malé to the airport approx. Most hotels can be reached by boat in 30-45 minutes. South Male Atoll (also known as South Kaafu Atoll) has only three inhabited islands, the other tourist islands. It is separated from North Malé Atoll only by a channel (Vaadhoo Kandu - Kandu means channel), near which there are very good diving sites. The largest island of the atoll is Maafushi with about 1,200 inhabitants, which is quite popular among backpackers. In its northern part there is also Gulhi, the people living here are mainly engaged in fishing and there is also a small shipyard here. The largest town of the atoll is Guraidhoo with 1,800 inhabitants.
